- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am leaving the Palouse but just wanted to leave a review (since I am looking for insurance agents in another city and reviews are helpful). Elissa and her staff were very supportive and helpful. I was a grad student and with my busy life I forget a payment, and they were courteous enough to remind me.
